We’re currently sipping wine and watching Buffy in a Residence Inn hotel room in Bridgewater, MA. We are headed to Provincetown for the long holiday weekend, and decided to get some of the drive out of the way tonight so we can get on the Cape early tomorrow morning and beat the holiday weekend traffic. Good think we did, because there’s construction all over the place in MA and we had to reroute several times to avoid the parking lot-like traffic along some of 90 and 495.
We’re hoping the weather holds out, but even if it doesn’t, it’ll still be great to spend the long weekend in our home-away-from-home gay mecca. We thought ahead and made dinner reservations every night we’re there, so the only thing we have to worry about once we’re there is where we’ll be having our “we’ve arrived” celebratory cocktails.
Woohoo!
Oh if it’s any indication – driving on I-95 you can always tell where the I-495 split is because traffic backs up for a couple miles before the exit.

Have a wonderful weekend. I’m in Florida visiting the mothers and experiencing the effects of the tropical system Alberto. Hopefully your weekend is sunnier than mine. ❤
