It was my last day in the office before Christmas (although I’ll be working from home Thursday and Friday.) I handed out small gifts and planned an Office holiday lunch and “White Elephant” grab bag gift swap. I bought holiday glasses and head bands for everyone to wear during the swap and everyone was a good sport and wore them.
I think it was successful and everyone appreciated the effort. I try to be a fun manager and do things for my staff to let them know I appreciate them. My efforts don’t always hit the bullseye, but I think they appreciate that I try.

The glasses are so “you.” And the head band holds your hair in place perfectly. Not a strand out of place.
