Aw. I know that change is scary, but (I’m told) retirement is nothing to dread, and counting down the days until you have to leave can’t be good for your anxiety. No doubt you will find new things to do, and have just as much fun post-employment as it sounds you did today.

Congrats! I don’t know if I’m retired right now, but I’ll tell you it’ll take about six to eight weeks to adjust to the new normal. You have to get used to not making money for a living, but if you have money coming in and it’s almost as much as what’s going out you have nothing to fear.
