We are on the road to Connecticut to attend a 70th birthday party tonight with the BFJ and his hubby. It’s a perfect day to take a drive in upstate NY. The sun is shining, the sky is a clear bright blue, and the leaves are at their peak color change. I tried to capture some of the gorgeous leaf colors that define the New York landscape this time of year. It’s absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful! Have a lovely trip.

Those are beautiful scenes. I won’t see anything like that for another six to eight weeks. Have a safe trip and a fun weekend!

Our leaves here haven’t even started changing yet, except just a random tree or two…even in New Hope last week, I noticed they haven’t started yet either. But the town was ready for Halloween I can tell ya!!!! They thrive on it.

They were getting ready when we were there. I want to go in the fall next year in the heart of the holiday.
