Sloe Gin Martini

6 parts sloe gin
2 parts dry vermouth
3 to 5 dashes Angostura bitters
Lemon twist

Shake over ice and dip away. Mmmmmmm.

  1. Have you ever had Patxaran? It’s made by soaking sloe fruits, coffee beans, and a cinnamon stick in anisette — for one to eight months. I love it. The beautiful color of your martini made me think of it.


    • I have not. Sounds interesting. I did a search for it online but can’t find any local place that carries it. I may have to see if I can order some online and try it. Thanks.
