Oh for goodness sake! I hit the wrong button.
Skip-Bo is one I have not played. I used to enjoy playing Phase 10, but that needs quite a few players. Clint love to play all kinds of games – board games, card games, etc. Skip-Bo looks fun.

We only play the pacifist version with no maiming or death. But you’re welcome to be a spectator and just enjoy the cheese.

I have never heard of that game. Considering I’ve shed a lot of offline friends since TFG got elected six years ago, I’m not sure I can even do a two player game of anything right now.
I love playing cards. Poker, blackjack and tripoley were my favorites.

I played poker in blackjack but usually for no money or for pennies. I feel like I might have played Tripoley before but when I googled it it doesn’t look familiar. I like hard games where we can play but also talk and laugh and go around.

My Rare One and I are SkipBo FANATICS! We play at least one game nearly every day. We also regularly play cribbage, canasta and Mexican Train. That’s how we got through the pandemic.

You know you’re a Skip-Bo fan when you get excited to find out someone else is. If the opportunity ever comes up for us all to play together I will jump at it. We take it on every vacation and we have it at home and at the BFJ’s house so we can play it whenever wherever.
I played Mexican train a few times it would have to refresh my memory on the rules. But I do like it and would love to play again. I’ve never played either cribbage or canasta but I’d like to learn and play.

I haven’t played that in ages. My friends and I started with Uno…and the Skip Bo when Uno came out with it. They were both fun.
It was either those or strip poker.

Right at the beginning of this pandemic, I purchased a few board games that the hubby and I could play alone and with another couple that lived in our apartment building. Yeah, board game night lasted about a couple of weeks, and now they are pretty much collecting dust.
