It is our favorite drink – Cosmopolitan (Vodka, Triple Sec, Cranberry Juice, Lime.) We use Ina Garten’s Recipe for a pitcher:
2 cups (16 oz) of Vodka (We prefer Absolute Citron)
1 cup (8 oz) Triple Sec or Cointreau
1 cup (8 oz) cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (3 limes) (we use half this amount – 1/4 cup)
This recipe is easy to reduce to half of pitcher, too. Half a batch is 1, .5, .5, 1/8
