Yes indeed they could. Plus a read through of the U.S. Constitution and it’s amendments. They may need an annotated version though. Because I doubt many of them can read past a 3rd grade level.
Growing up in the Fifties I spent almost all of my paper boy money on comic books. I had collected hundreds of comic books. Unfortunately my Mother threw them all away when I joined the Army when I was 18 years old. Oh how I wish I had those comic books now. I learned a lot from them.
