It’s official. It’s Christmas morning, 2017. It snowed overnight and continues to snow, so it’s a literal Currier & Ives Christmas, a blanket of white covering everything out our window, Christmas jammies donned, presents under the tree, fire in the fire place, holiday tunes playing, and more treats than two people have any business eating.
For the last twenty years, Jeffrey and I have celebrated Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Solstice, and Nothing at all.
Our celebrations have been big and small, no gifts to extravagant, spent alone together and with others, at home and away.
Whatever, however, and wherever we celebrate, it’s always a bit magical, because we’re doing it together.
Merry Christmas to those who celebrate and a happy, peaceful days to those who don’t.
have a wonderful snow day together, all 2-foots and 4-foots at breen acres!

Merry Christmas, and thanks again for the red lantern ring. I can’t wait to wear it when I visit the comics store on Wednesday night.
