Survivor

So, I lived through the day and night.  Whatever that feeling of dread was I woke with yesterday, it seems to have been fruitless and it didn’t return today.  That means I have survived 2011 as of midnight tonight (assuming nothing dreadful happens in the next 11 hours and 45 minutes.)

We both seem to be feeling a little better today, although we’re not 100%. It looks like we will spend a quiet evening in, probably watching my favorite New Years movie (When Harry Met Sally) and, if we can stay awake long enough, watch Kathy Griffin & Anderson Cooper until Midnight, toast to a new year, then go to bed.

Looking forward to finding a new home in 2012, making new friends, meeting more blogger buddies, spending time with existing friends, improving our finances, paying off more debt, traveling more, working on my health and fitness and doing more with my art and music. These aren’t resolutions, just life goals I intend to work on.

Wishing you all a happy, healthy, safe, successful, productive, exciting, fulfilling, playful New Year!

Looks like it was just a passing cloud, S/b, to the relief of all of us.
Wishing you and Jeffrey once more the happiest of years ahead. May all of the expected disruptions be minimal, and with very positive outcomes which will make you ‘glow’ with joy. Looking forward to reading about events as they happen.
