>Getting the ball rolling


I got some amazing encouragement after my video confession of my exercise and weight shortfalls. I will go into detail at a later time but to those of you who went above and beyond to support and encourage me (and you know who you are) THANK YOU!

I am making an effort to walk every day at lunch and went back to spin class last night and returned to the gym today for a 3.5 mile treadmill run. I’m taking baby steps but my first goal is to get back into the habit of going to the gym every day after work and at least once on the weekend. I am not worrying about what I’ll do when I get there for now…spin class, running, weights, whatever …the goal right now is just to re-establish the habit of going.
