>Spinning into sickness


I wanted to write up a post about my excitement and enthusiasm for starting a spin class, which I took on Tuesday and Thursday this week. I think I have finally found my ideal workout.

Alas, I came down with a cold and I just don’t have the mental coherence to say more than it totally rocks, I love it, and I can’t wait to go back. I want to switch to the M-W-F schedule so I can go 3 days a week. Do any of you spinners go more than that? Is 5 days a week too much?

Anyhoo, I have a 4 day weekend and it’s Bear weekend in Albany and I was planning on going out to see friends, but instead I am settling in for the duration to nurse my cold, read comics, rest and get better so I can be ready to spin again next Tuesday.
