This morning, Jeffrey and I drove to Saratoga and posed for a group photograph to send to WeGiveADamn.org
for their website. We wore our “Bears against Bullying” T-shirts we recently purchased for the “It Gets Better” campaign (a portion of the sales, for which, benefit the The Trevor Project
“Bears against Bullying” on the front.
(Check my nips. It was COLD out there this morning.)
“It Gets Better” on the back.
After that, we went costume shopping for something to wear to a Halloween Party we’re going to tonight. Then we met our friends, Caleb & Dave ,for lunch at Ruby Tuesdays. On the way home, we stopped at several places to pick up some extra items for our costumes.
The best part of the day for me was going to the park, the restaurant, the mall and several other stores and shops wearing our shirts. I loved the visibility and I would like to imagine somebody, somewhere, who needed to see us wearing these shirts, did. I wish I could wear it every day.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Visibility saves live. And it’s just plain feels great.
