I upgraded to the new 64 gb iPhone 5s last night. My 2 year contract was up on my previous model so I figured I’d get the latest and greatest Apple has to offer. I got the silver model (also comes in gold and grey) with a clear plastic case.
So far, I like it.
It’s sleeker, bigger screen surface, thinner and lighter than my previous 4s model. It seems to work faster, too, with it’s better processor.
I like the thumb print recognition and the airdrop features.
I had to do some manual set up and configuring to get my gmail, google calendar and google contacts to sync properly, but it all works fine and dandy now.
I’m not a fan of Apple product vs [other product] arguments or soliloquies. We are an Apple household, we like the products we own and use, and we’re fluent in the workings of our compatible technologies, so I like to stick with what I know. With a Mac Mini desk top, a MacBook Pro, 2 iPads, 2 iPhones, and 4 Apple TVs, I think it’s safe to say we’re Apple-boys through and through.
And you know what they say, an Apple Product a day keeps the household gay…or something like that.
